1. Definitions

3. Account Registration and Security

You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

sizi99 is required to verify your identity in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all requested documentation, which may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Bank account verification documents

We reserve the right to request verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or security breach. sizi99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up-to-date. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information, including changes of address, phone number, or email. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made through supported Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested through the same payment methods used for deposits. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation. We aim to process most withdrawal requests within 5-24 hours during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday), though processing times may vary based on the payment method and verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to the following restrictions:

4.4 Payment Processing Fees

sizi99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

sizi99 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits, unusual transaction patterns, or suspicious activity. Any deposits or withdrawals suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities, and accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at sizi99's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotional page. Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the stated criteria. Only one bonus per Player, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the amount of betting activity required and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution

5.4 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active, the following restrictions apply:

5.5 Bonus Abuse

sizi99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other Players, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or any other activity deemed fraudulent or abusive.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the sizi99 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets placed through the Platform are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. sizi99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets:

• Bets are settled based on official results at the time of match completion
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated
• Live in-play betting is subject to short delays for odds adjustment
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will result in bet voidance

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated betting software
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate outcomes
• Exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting across multiple platforms
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or unfair advantage
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other Players

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

We reserve the right to suspend or modify Services for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. sizi99 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. sizi99 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Services at your own risk.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sizi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds (subject to wagering requirements). Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.2 Suspension by sizi99

sizi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• You are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible
• Your Account remains inactive for more than 12 months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

8.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses will be forfeited, and you will forfeit access to the Platform. Any remaining genuine deposited funds (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn subject to verification. Accounts closed for breach of Terms will result in forfeiture of all funds.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
